The Safety Forum will focus on advancements in research and deployment of ITS safety systems and the nation’s interest in safety and security. It will do so by promoting demonstration and deployment of promising systems and collaboratively supporting a comprehensive, research-based view of national needs for new solutions, synthesizing lessons learned, and supporting the development of national deployment policies and technological standards.
