Laura Rogers joined ITS America in 2007. As Director of Member Services, Laura manages the daily operations of the Membership Department, including oversight and direct involvement in member relations, recruitment and retention campaigns, and membership reporting and database integrity.
Laura’s other responsibilities include supporting the Board of Directors and its designated committees through coordination of meetings and teleconferences, recording of minutes, and distribution of materials. She works in concert with senior management to develop preparatory materials and meeting agendas and connects membership recruitment with Board resources to foster leads and referrals.
Prior to joining ITS America, Laura served as Donor Relations and Events Manager for Resources for the Future, an organization that conducts independent research – rooted primarily in economics and other social sciences – on environmental, energy, and natural resource issues.
She holds a Bachelor in Business Studies degree from West Texas State University.
