Announcement: National Scan for Regions Applying ITS Architecture in Planning for Operations
Do you know of any regions that are using or have attempted to use their regional ITS architectures to support planning for operations within the metropolitan or Statewide planning process? If so, the Federal Highway Administration and the Federal Transit Administration want to hear from you!
FHWA and FTA would like to gain insight into the successes and challenges that metropolitan areas, States, and other regions have faced in using their regional ITS architectures to support operations planning. This information will be used to develop a guide for effective use of the ITS architecture to support planning for operations that will showcase real-world examples.
