Call for Abstracts Announced for 2010 National Rural ITS Conference HUNTINGTON, WV, Nov. 20 – The 2010 National Rural ITS Conference Planning committee would like to invite you to submit an abstract for presentation at the Conference in Huntington, West Virginia. All abstracts must be received by Monday, February 1, 2010 and authors should take care to ensure that abstracts submitted follow the guidelines.
