The purpose of the workshop is to:
• Discover how ICM can help you improve the performance of your region’s multimodal transportation corridors.
• Explore challenges and opportunities with real-world implementers from freeway, arterial and transit perspectives including representatives from the two ICM Demonstration Sites.
• Examine what it really takes to integrate technologies and operations across modes and jurisdictions to improve corridor performance.
• Discuss how transportation operations can better coordinate with neighboring agencies.
It will include an introduction to the overall ICM program and the ICM Implementation Guide, details on the progress of the Dallas and San Diego demonstration sites as well as other sites working on ICM designs and deployments.
