Sabrina Sussman serves as the Vice President for Membership and Development at ITS America. Sabrina is responsible for the management and strategic planning for ITS America's Leadership Circle, as well as member recruitment, retention and services.
Prior to joining ITS America, Sabrina was at the U.S. Department of Transportation, where she served as Special Assistant to Under Secretary for Policy Polly Trottenberg. In this role, she worked to support the Office of Policy’s various initiatives, including MAP-21 implementation, livability, high-speed rail, the TIGER program and freight policy development. In addition, Sabrina directed efforts on communications, external relations and management for the entire office.
She also served at U.S. DOT as the Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary for Transportation Policy. During this time she was responsible for the coordination and execution of Secretary Ray LaHood's National Transportation Reauthorization Outreach Tour. She began her time at U.S. DOT as the Departmental Coordinator for Congressional Reports.
Sabrina holds a Master’s degree in Political Management from George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from American University
