Over the last eight years, Patrick has been planning, designing, and overseeing the implementation of ITS systems and traffic signal systems. Having experience in the design and construction of ITS elements, while being familiar with the end-user systems of ITS software, provides a unique understanding of how ITS solutions are being used today. In addition to ITS engineering, Patrick has managed numerous traffic and transportation projects from conception to construction for local, regional, and state agencies and private developers using various delivery methods such as design-bid-build and design-build. As a registered Civil Engineer, Patrick’s background provides a bridge to the needs of the transportation industry today and in the future.
