Former ITS America Board Chairman Quoted in BusinessWeek

WASHINGTON, DC, February 5, 2009 - In a recent BusinessWeek article, Senior Writer Steve Hamm discusses the benefits of funding intelligent transportation system projects to repair our nation's failing infrastructure as well as create jobs in today's failing economy. Former ITS America Board Chairman C.
