WASHINGTON, DC, April 16, 2009 - The Intelligent
Transportation Society of America (ITS America) launched a group on
the social-networking site, LinkedIn. With the ITS America 2009
Annual Meeting & Exposition occurring from June 1-3, 2009 in
National Harbor, MD (inside the Washington, DC metro area), the new
group, ITS America, aims to provide group members with timely
information on new speakers, exhibitor and sponsor opportunities,
registration, and its comprehensive conference program.
ITS America represents more than 400 organizations including
state and local transportation and transit agencies, universities,
and private sector companies that are working to advance the
research, development, and deployment of intelligent transportation
systems and technologies.
