Intelligent Transportation Society of America Launches New Web Site
WASHINGTON, D.C., July 13, 2009 - The Intelligent
Transportation Society of America (ITS America), the leading
advocate for ITS development and deployment in the U.S., officially
launched a new online presence today with a redesigned Web site, http://www.itsa.org.
"The redesign of our Web site complements our new strategic
direction and serves as a source of the latest ITS industry news
and research," said Scott F. Belcher, ITS America president and
CEO. "It has also been redesigned to provide more market-specific
resources for our private sector, public agency, and academia
members."
The new site is also reflective of ITS America's role as a
thought leader in transportation policy, advocate for Intelligent
Transportation Systems technologies, and provider of valuable
networking and business opportunities for its members and other
stakeholders in the intelligent transportation systems
industry.
The new ITS America Web site delivers high-quality content
with a user-friendly design. Visitors can navigate site pages
designed to systematically organize information about the
association and Intelligent Transportation Systems. The menu also
guides viewers through topical categories including membership,
career and business development, technical communities, knowledge
center, advocacy, and news and events.
