Intelligent Transportation Society of America Announces New Member Organizations
WASHINGTON, Jan. 28 - CBC (America) Corporation, a manufacture
of Computar and Ganz Video surveillance solutions, and the
University of California at Riverside, a doctoral research
university, have joined the Intelligent Transportation Society of
America.
Computar is the
world largest producer of lenses for video surveillance. The Ganz
brand has assumed a parallel position in the manufacture of a
comprehensive line of intelligent analog and IP-based video
surveillance solutions, from Megapixel IP Cameras, Hybrid NVRs,
DVRs, and associated IP and CCTV accessories.
The University of
California at Riverside's Bourns College of Engineering
established the Center for Environmental Research & Technology
to become a recognized leader in environmental education, a
collaborator with industry and government to improve the technical
basis for regulations and policy, a creative source of new
technology, and a contributor to a better understanding of the
environment.
CBC (America) Corporation and the University of California at
Riverside are now part of an association that represents more than
400 member organizations including public agencies, private
corporations, and academic institutions involved in the research,
development, and deployment of technologies that improve safety,
increase mobility, and sustain the environment.
