WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Intelligent Transportation Society of America (ITS America) welcomed eight new companies and organizations from around the country in January, 2011. More on each new member:
As a leader in the toll industry, the mission of the Alliance for Toll
Interoperability is to promote and implement interstate
interoperability. ATI will play a key role as the toll industry
strives to better meet customer demand for efficiency and safety,
and as tolling agencies around the country implement All Electronic
Tolling (AET) and eliminating cash lanes altogether.
Thanks to the advanced transportation infrastructure in the Municipality of
Anchorage, there are many different ways to travel to and from
Alaska's biggest city. Whether by plane, train or automobile, it is
the municipality's goal to meet the public transportation needs of
Anchorage residents and visitors in a safe and efficient
manner.
