ITS America Welcomes New Members in February and
March!
WASHINGTON, D.C. - The
Intelligent Transportation Society of America (ITS America)
welcomed four new member companies and organizations from around
the country in February and March 2011. ITS America is the nation's
leading advocate for the use of smart technology to address
transportation challenges. Recent new members include: Bay County
Traffic; Franklin County Engineers; Guggenheim Securities, LLC; and
Pennsylvania State University.

Bay Count y Traffic Engineering serves the greater Panama City, Florida area and plays a central role in maintaining the transportation system of Bay County, which includes interstate I-10, US Highway 98 and 231, and several state highways. The county also boasts a transit system with bus and trolley services, Panama City/Bay County International Airport and Port Panama City.

Franklin
County Engineer's Office is a local government agency
headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. The agency is responsible for the
maintenance and construction of 275 miles of county roadway and 355
bridges. Franklin County Engineer's utilizes the latest
technologies for surveying, land record keeping, and maintaining
the property layers of the county's interactive geographic
information system.
Guggenheim Securities, LLC is part of Guggenheim Partners, a

assets under supervision. The company provides financial advising
services to clients worldwide, specializing in the areas of

Pennsylvania State University is home to the Thomas D. Larson Pennsylvania
Transportation Institute - Penn State's transportation research
center. The institute brings together top faculty, world-class
facilities and enterprising students from across the University in
partnership with public and private stakeholders to address
critical transportation-related problems.
