New Report will Showcase Smart Parking Innovations, Examine How Industry is Modernizing to Meet Consumer Demand
The Intelligent Transportation Society of America (ITS America) will present the results from a new report titled Smart Parking and the Connected Consumer - Opportunities for Facility Operators on Monday, December 10 in conjunction with a Smart Parking Symposium in Jersey City, New Jersey.
The pioneering report will analyze both the opportunities and challenges faced by parking facility operators and technology providers when implementing smart parking systems. The report also examines progressive municipalities and commercial entities that have been in the forefront of understanding how investments in smart parking technology and customer service can meet both the needs of the driving public and improve the operators’ bottom-line. Lastly, the report will estimate how pent-up consumer demand for more information on parking alternatives and related services may drive smart parking forward.
Join us for the results of Smart Parking and the Connected Consumer - Opportunities for Facility Operators and Municipalities by co-author Steven H. Bayless at the smart parking symposium, which will also feature presentations from New Jersey DOT Commissioner James Simpson, New York City DOT Deputy Commissioner Bruce Schaller, and technology leaders from across the country.
