Technologies, Inc.

Washington, D.C., February 3, 2011 – Delcan Corporation and Intelligent Devices, Inc. are pleased to announce the launch of Delcan Technologies, Inc. The new partnership leverages the strengths of both companies within the transportation market and further increases the collaboration between Intelligent Devices and Delcan in the development of innovative transportation technology.
 
After joining the Delcan family of companies in 2008, Intelligent Devices has continued to play an expanding role in the development of systems software and standards-based technology products. IDI's expertise in creating reliable, off-the shelf products along with their expertise in NTCIP based deployments makes them the leader in standards-based, technology driven projects. Delcan Technologies will leverage this base, and focus on larger opportunities for product technology deployment in the transportation sector. Embedded solutions, DeviceTester software and field devices will continue to be sold under the Intelligent Devices brand.
 
Additionally, by operating as Delcan Technologies, the partnership will leverage Delcan’s vast geographic reach, international experience and industry knowledge. Delcan’s traffic engineering expertise will also help to further evolve products and expand market attraction, while providing low cost commercialized products for the benefit of both public and private buyers.
