Allen Allegretto Joins ACS as Vice President of Electronic Toll Collection
Effective immediately, Alan Allegretto has joined ACS, a Xerox
company, as Vice President of Electronic Toll Collection. Alan will
oversee daily operations of our multiple toll programs working
through our regional leaders and program managers to maximize
program efficiencies, share best practices and develop staff to
meet the needs of the rapidly expanding tolling market.
Alan comes to ACS after 33 years in the government and private
sector with particular experience in the development and
implementation of technology and infrastructure based programs and
a very notable emphasis on the toll industry. He is recognized
throughout the tolling industry as a true subject matter expert and
changemaker.
Previously, Alan has held very senior positions with HNTB and
Parsons Corporation and was Senior Vice President & Chief
Operating Officer (RMS Division) at TransCore. Most recently, Alan
was Principal and CEO of GovScience Consulting Group, a
professional consulting firm he founded in 2005, providing
technology, management and strategy solutions to various levels of
government and the private sector with a focus on transportation
programs among other disciplines.
As head of our Electronic Toll Collection business unit, Alan will
ensure operational and financial direction and look for
opportunities to improve performance within the constructs of our
current client agreements. Working closely with TSS Sales staff and
me, Alan will assist us in growing our existing programs as well as
our overall domestic and international portfolio of projects within
the tolling industry. In cooperation with the TSS Chief Technology
Officer and the Germantown Technology Center he will work to ensure
we are meeting the needs and expectations of our clients as it
relates to toll technology implementation and/or integration and
the development of state-of-the-art systems.
As an experienced senior executive, the addition of Alan to our
