ITS America President and CEO Scott Belcher joined U.S. Reps. Mike Rogers, R-MI, and Russ Carnahan, D-MO, in March of 2011 to announce a bipartisan bill designed to accelerate the deployment of intelligent transportation systems (ITS) in communities. Rogers and Carnahan also announced endorsements for the bill from a broad range of auto, transit, high-tech, business, and environmental leaders, including large private sector employers.
