Chief Financial Officer

Michael Eason was recently selected as Chief Financial Officer of the Intelligent Transportation Society of America with a career background in both the for-profit and the non-profit sectors.

Michael comes to ITS America with more than 35 years of experience in various financial roles.  Prior to joining ITS America, Michael served for 5 years as the Chief Financial Officer at the Association of Fundraising Professionals in Arlington, VA and spent 7 years as Controller at the American Chemistry Council in Arlington.  Prior to that, he held management and financial positions at several for-profit firms, including almost 3 years at a major public accounting firm.

Michael holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Sciences with a major in Accounting from Hampton University.  He passed the CPA examination in the state of Maryland.
