Francis George joined ITS America in April 2010 as the Director of Member Relations. Francis brings more than 20 years of experience in association management, communications, and membership services.

He previously served as the Director of Membership and Chapter Relations Manager for the International Society for Performance Improvement, where he reinvigorated the membership department recruitment and retention campaigns. Francis also served as Assistant Director of Membership at the American Council of Engineering Companies. Francis is instrumental in promoting and informing ITS America members of benefits and activities available at ITS America, and enhancing interaction and information-sharing among the Forums and state chapters.
