Campaign Director 

Quentin Kelly is leading ITS America’s Campaign for Intelligent Transportation Solutions as Campaign Director, where he will be working to advance ITS America’s priorities for the surface transportation reauthorization bill and coordinating outreach to Capitol Hill and the Administration.  Quentin previously served as Legislative Director for Transportation for America (T4 America), was Sr. Vice President of Legislative Affairs for New York-based political consulting firm Tonio Burgos & Associates, and was also Government Affairs Director for Amtrak and NJ TRANSIT.  He has held positions with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and on Capitol Hill.  Quentin received a Master’s degree in Congressional Studies from the Catholic University of America and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from James Madison University.
