Jennifer joined ITS America in the summer of 2012 as its Membership Coordinator.  Originally hailing from Texas, she brings more than 15 years of experience with member services, management and training.

Jennifer previously served as the acting Membership Director for Associated Builders & Contractors, Massachusetts Chapter focusing on recruitment and retention efforts.  Prior to that, she was the Office & Member Services Manager for the National Parking Association in Washington, D.C. where she managed member outreach, convention registration and a range of additional association initiatives.
