Sharon Alexander supports ITS America’s Information Technology needs by providing routine Information System administration, network maintenance, and other support duties. Among her responsibilities are assisting staff in the administration of software applications, installing and maintaining platform software, installing new software releases, providing hardware and software support to users, and coordinating information system training programs.
Before joining ITS America in 1993, Sharon was a clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Land and Natural Resources Division, General Litigation Section. She is a graduate of Suitland High School in Suitland, Maryland and has a technology certification from the National Education Center in Washington, D.C.
